They are horrible and the worst company to run a background check. They ran my background with no issues and informed my employer that I have no criminal background. So why a few months they said I did . Where at. I had to contact FDLE and ACHA and was informed that Griffin personnel group doesn't have any afflication with them. However they would say they work together. Their compliance personnel Erica Sullivan is so rude. I emailed, faxed and left voicemail messages and she never return a call or email me back. Speaking with the FDLE they infirm me that I gave no criminal history. Provided this information to Griffin Personnel Group. So instead of them realizing their mistakes they are acting like they were right. They are causing people their jobs and livehoods. However they don't care! They needs to be shut down
