I gave my w2s as part to explain my employment. I sent back all information timely. Yet they still determined it was not enough information. I am unsure how much more information you can give besides the w2 proving employment. This company is very rude. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I feel this company should not conduct background checks when they do not know how to conduct their business. If you request a w2 and one is submitted then honor it. Instead they have ruined my chances of new employment all I have to say is they are a horrible horrible excuse for a background company
