This company was used by another company to do my pre-employment background check. Their inaccurate background information was the only thing that prevented me from getting a job. I sent my appeal back immediately to let them know they had the wrong dates listed for one of my employers and never heard anything back. The next thing I know, I got a rejection letter from the company who had already told me the position was mine based solely on Griffin's background check. This is an extremely poor way to do business. Your results should be accurate and Griffin should do everything to ensure it is before providing false information to another company preventing employment. This company should be sued if they haven't been already.
