Poor customer service. The owner of the company was very unprofessional, rude, and very sarcastic. I followed up to a voicemail that was left by a recruiter only to be treated like I was never qualified for any position. I have been in customer service for many years and know how to treat customers. This company does not. I have several certificates and recommendations for my outstanding customer services.From the phone conversation that I had with the owner, It didnt feel like i was calling a business at all. It felt more like the residence of a very angry woman. I do a lot of networking and word of mouth and good experiences is go hand and hand in the business world, unfortunately this business owner does not know that. I would never recommend this agency to anyone and to anyone considering working for this company, good luck.
