THE WORST TAX PREPARING COMPANY EVER. If you pay a firm such as this to prepare and file your taxes what are they suppose to do? Prepare and file your taxes. Not only did this firm wait until the day before taxes were due to call me and go over my return, when I had submitted all the info at least a month ahead of time, they conveniently forgot to file my taxes???? Are you kidding me!! I was the one who had to figure out they had not filed my taxes 2-3 weeks after the fact and when reaching out to firm they reply oh sorry Human error. And it gets better, they agreed if any penalties occur they will take care of. Guess what? Months later and they will not pay for their mistake. Their response was that it was my responsibility to file my taxes per the IRS. Give me a break. If you have any sense STAY FAR AWAY from these crooks.I have filed a grievance with the IRS against this firm as well as the BBB. If I could provide -100 rating this place would receive it. If a tax preparation firm can't be trusted to file your returns which is their job, do you really want to give them your personal financial info?
