Rude and cheap people. They don't do anything more than any online tax applications. For 4 years, I filed taxes with these guys, and once I wanted to get one page notarized, they charged me $1 (one) , which I paid with no complains.. thats why I call them cheap. Rude - they said we don't need you, as I did not buy their investment plans. Will never recommend, stay away. I am happy filing my taxes online, much reliable and peace of mind. No appointments, no waiting. There are lot of other good CPAs as well. Never ever these guys.
