Worst customer service ever. Accountant ignored me and delayed filing 2 years in a row. When I expressed discourse and required actual tangible work to be completed before I paid anymore money, Bruce T Hall lashed out in return. Claimed I was a "thief" because asking for thoroughly advantageous filing was somehow immoral. I don't know anyone who doesn't want this. Long story short, this firm is sloppy and procrastinators. Two of the worst things you want in an accountant. Stay away.Update: 7/19 just received a threatening message from accountant. Threatening to sue me and put me out of business. So not only will they not perform but they will also attack you.
