Client Review on HEA SOUTHAMPTON

This is by far the WORST employment agencies in Long Island. The owner is extremely rude and very unorganized. She does not treat her clients very nicely at all. She never calls back, even after weeks. Her office staff is just as rude. I went in here one afternoon after my hair appointment in Southampton to try and meet with the owner and discuss hiring a house keeper face to face. I walked in here very cheerful expecting to meet a wonderful women who would be able to help me, well I was wrong, I could hear her yelling at her staff before I even got through the second door. Most of these reviews are friends/family/ or servers that all seem to have been persuaded with their reviews. It seems all the bad reviews are from her actual clients. What does that say here? I am not the only person who has tried to use her and has had a very negative experience, some of my friends have had the same issues as well. I have been to parties that were staffed with servers from her agency and they were horrible ! Couldn't stop talking, dropping everything, rude, dirty, etc.. Whenever I hear of a friend wanting to hire staff I tell them to stay far away from with place ! Go to Hire Society or Hamptons Domestics instead ! Save your time.
