I had a good experience and was very satisfied with my experience. My business return did take a week or two longer than I anticipated but it was also in the midst of the tax season. It seems to me that they did a very thorough job asking me the right questions and coming back to me for additional information based upon what I had submitted to them so that I could take advantage of every legitimate tax reduction I was eligible for. Good job
