This agency has proven to be one of the best top of the line agencies I have worked for. From the initial contact, placement and thereafter there is always a constant open and clear line of communication, calls are returned promptly, E-mails replied to within a few hours if they're busy to within minutes if they're not. HB Staffing is the best temp agency I have known. Through their client (the County of San Diego's EMS), they have offered me the best working conditions I have been looking for in San Diego, a much better pay than the ones I had with a temp agency before, and a very nice environment to work at. As a recent graduate, often times it's hard to get your foot in the door. Thus working with agencies such as HB Staffing has definitely been a great aid in gaining insight and valuable experience into non-profit, public and government employment. The process was far more efficient than that of other agencies I have worked with. A week after I began utilizing HB, I was called by a recruiter to get a feel for what type of experience I was looking for in the long run and my interests. Not very long after, I was given options for various local government positions. The staff and recruiters were more than accommodating and resourceful in ensuring your placement was well and everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend using HB staffing for employment!
