We are disappointed that the agent Carol Wagner failed in her job to inform the insured of a policy cancellation when the insured came into the office to pay her next year's home insurance premium. The agent Carol Wagner didn't even have the decency to talk to the insured and had her associate tell the insured. she would no longer be insured with a company they represent. I feel she should of called the insured about this cancellation and now the insured has no homeowner's insurance due to not being able to find a policy on a same day notice. They take your premium and get their commission but do not help when they are needed..
