headway workforce solutions reached out to me regarding a position they were looking to fill through Indeed Jobs. Miki Wright was the agent who was in charge of the process. After multiple emails from Miki through the job cite, I reached out to via phone call to discuss the position they were looking to interview me for. After a successful phone screening they forwarded me the application and told me they would get back to me following completion. Upon submittal, I called and left a voicemail concerning my successful completion of the application and informing that I look forward to hearing back from them. Never had I heard back. I called an additional time to touch base and see if perhaps the position was filled or they did not deem me fit for the position. Either way they selected me for the process based off of my already posted resume. I am happily employed however am seeking a better opportunity. Needless to say, don't bother wasting your time with this company because clearly they don't have common decency. A complete waste of time.
