A Bully of Water Company!!! Being run by a bunch of mean spirited and very bullying employees. The water bill arrives 90% of the time. 2nd time in 1 year water does not show up!!! When I called and wanted to pay the full bill they charge me a late fee (10% late fee of bill) and they act like the world will end and that is IMPOSSIBLE TO WAIVE A LATE FEE a second time!!! NO paperless billing and When you have no choice in water company your stuck! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
