Avoid this place at all cost. They have inward and outward facing cameras that they use against you every chance they get. They claim it only records in critical situations but are a complete lie! You will be stopped at a red light and it starts recording because they feel like looking in on you. Pay is sub par and the terminals look like they should be condemned. They office crew in zhills is super sneaky with an attitude. The 5 star ratings are by their favorites. Low miles, low pay and long wait times await you by working at Heyl.

I personally have nothing bad to say about Heyl. I've been OTR for about 7 months now and I'm happy. Especially compared to my previous employer... The only thing I think Heyl can improve on is night time dispatch. I like to run at night. I believe there is only one person overseeing the entire fleet at night so it's not easy to get ahold of anyone once the day shift goes home. That guy could use some help... lol. Overall Heyl is a great company.

I work out of Akron terminal. Great friendly people. And yes they do work with the drivers a lot making sure they have what they need.
