HireArt is a step above competition in ascertaining person-job fit post-placement. Chris talked to me by phone a month in and asked for my feedback and impressions of working at the company I was placed in. That extra and meaningful step reinforced that he and HireArt cared about my happiness in the role beyond just the placement phase. Throughout my relationship with HireArt, they were in frequent communication and served as a helpful bridge between myself and my placement supervisors. This organization has a bunch of talented, kind Professionals, and they left an enduring impression on me. The prevailing thought out there, and one I myself believed in once upon a not too long ago time, is that recruiters solely see you as a path in pursuit of the Benjamins. Not true of HireArt.
