$700 fee I wish I could submit a better review. I’m sure Bob knows what he is doing but he refused to be upfront about pricing for his services. I communicated to him that I was on a student budget. My information was disorganized and rather than warn me about the scenario he waited until he was done to surprise me with a $700 fee. He then acted like a bully whenever I tried to understand the breakdown. He insisted I had not told him about my financial situation. Then, come return time he had neglected to collect all my info and I had to wait an additional month for my return. On top of all that he failed to file the direct deposit information so there was another two week delay. I recommend choosing a CPA who will be up front about pricing and who will resist being a frustrated bully toward customers who are new to hiring an accountant.
