One star is too generous. Was directed by attorney to resolve an issue with the clerk at the Hopewell Circuit Court. Probate clerk is incompetent; does not know what "assets" entails. She is also unprofessional as she plays both sides of the fence by bad-mouthing each family member to the another and slandering ones name and character by telling untruths causing more strife and friction between them. Instead, she should be honest, and remain unbiased and neutral at the least. Clerk is equally unprofessional, uncompassionate and vile as she refuses to see you to correct error probate clerk made, then blames you for said error eventhough they are supposed to be the experts. To top it off, they sick Barney Fife-like sheriff on you for no reason as you patiently sit and wait to see clerk when she is free. They don't want to help you, they just want to get rid of you. Incompetent, unprofessional, uncompassionate and overzealous; the worst service ever! At such a trying time in ones life, their actions only magnify it.

The clerk employee in the first floor was very rude. She is very judgemental. She have no compassion at all and won't care about how you felt . She embarrassed me in a front of everyone thinking that I'm going outside with the ink pen. And everyone in the office was laughing they think it's funny. This people is not well mannered or not educated at all. She needs more training about how treating the customer.
