I am trained as a lawyer to be a critical thinker and a business lawyer who knows how to satisfy and exceed client expectations. I carried those expectations of me to every job throughout my professional and personal life. Because I work in the aviation and aerospace sectors, a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) plan is required. Without any reservation whatsoever, I recommend Household Staffing, its owner, Starla, and its employees: a CQI plan exists, even at a cost to the agency as it may not be legally required; I started working with the agency as far back as about as early as 2013. Ever since, the agency has been helpful, at every turn even when I made a decision to use an Au Pair service to save cost. Most importantly, when that au pair violated the terms of the Visa, and was automatically deported upon an attempted return to the US from a vacation, and even though, I didn’t select the agency, the agency provided immediate child care services because I did not want to allow lack of childcare to be the reason I cannot perform my job or risk the continued academic success of the children. A 2019 example occurred at 11 p.m. on a Monday holiday weekend. I found myself without childcare services the next day. The agency went so far as to send one of its own staff members immediately the next day earlier than 6 a.m. and until I returned home from work. The person, a recruiter by profession, took only just that first day, after which all 3 children asked, “Dad, can that lady be our new nanny?” Kids asked me why the au pair was so different from the nanny we had in Los Angeles (before we re-located locally for work), the only answer that rang true: the LA nanny treated you as if you were her own children; that person instead used the process improperly even risking best childcare. Treating children as if they were their own is what Household Staffing and its personnel provide. All the superb qualities on the website and in the reviews of other clients remain not only true but should be bolstered with by the instances above. I suggested that Starla, allow ranking on a 5 Star scale, with the option to clients to self-rank higher as do airlines, hotels as 7 Stars. She said, the simple 5 Star rating is accurate because she expects that every written 5 Star rating is what she considers to be required of all 5 Star rankings. Yet, I request your trust because this is a 7 Star entity. I trust in the agency’s continued support and recommend any potential or existing client do the same.
