Very Lengthy application! They did not help me when my Doctor put me on light duty after a car accident, although The Cheese Dept. was 3 months behind on their paperwork @WCD/Trader Joes in Minooka, and my background is in law offices, business management, I was told there is no Light Duty. (LEGAL?) Yet, just a few months later I heard that they had let someone else do light duty in the office in The Kitchen (the department I was mostly working in). I absolutely am not a prejudiced person, but believe me when I tell you if you're not a Spanish speaking person, it does not matter how hard you work or that you never miss days or ALWAYS put in the OT to help another department. I was NEVER informed that I was "let go" because there was no Light duty, until Security told me when I went there to meet someone for lunch! Oh, and they called me back a year later to come back to work for them when they were in crunch season @WCD/Trader Joes, wanted me to come back for less money than I was making when I was there before. Then strung me along, did not hire me back. *yes, Leo Martinez left a Great Review, he is no longer with HR Metrics (THANKFULLY). Note: they will hire anyone no matter their background; jail etc. That's A Positive I suppose...

Avoid this temp service.Many other better ones out there..Manpower and Staffmark..this place will charge you $25 if the mail "loses"your paycheck...no proof they didn't just throw it away,and collect $25 when they reissue another.Ridiculous.

They dont care about their employee. They forces you to work longer when you done did your requirements on the job. Like we started at 5 in the morning They want you to stay until production is over with. Which can be sometimes 7 in the evening or 9in the evening. They running a slave plantation. They dont appreciate the hard work that people do. They violated my privacy by discussing to two other employees about firing me. When I didnt do anything wrong at all. I really want to file a law suit because it was wrong. Plus they didnt give me no verbal warning. I didnt get written up or anything in that nature.

Great office staff a lengthy process, but worth it. I accepted a position today and am very excited about the opportunity to make 15$ hr. I am very happy with hr matrix!!!
