This was our first experience with Hull and overall we were very happy with the quality of service.They made most of the process easy and it's very likely that we will be going back to them next year. There's one issue that we have with the process. We asked about changing the withholding on my taxes going forward. While we were told that they would need to get back to us on that, we were never told that we would be billed separately for it. What we saw as precautionary they called "tax planning" and billed us an extra $40. That should have been explained up front.
