We had Beth as out tax person here and she was incredibly patient with us. We kept forgetting documents. (mostly me) and our taxes were complex because we had had several jobs, lived in multiple states, had gotten married, had medical and education deductions, rented and also own a rental property in another state. Also some student loans. She did our taxes very quickly and walked us through the documents so we felt very comfortable knowing we got every break we could get. She was also very excited about doing our taxes and was very witty. They have very late hours things were still hopping there at 7pm. Perhaps it was because we got a big refund but we actually had fun. I highly recommend this agency.
