Every step of the way they have been clueless in the recruiting process. I thought it may have been a fluke or just me so I talked to someone else that has used them. This individual said they will never speak with them again because of how bad they are. Do not agree to a contract with them if you have other offers!

Very Disappointed with this Company...Had to go to the State for help getting Sick Pay. Uphill battle...Plus they don't pay weekly, like most Agencies...I would not recommend them; pick someone else.Just Sayin'

I have been an employee at ICONMA for almost one year and I have personally seen the visibility that the organization offers to its employees. If you put in hard work and effort, it goes noticed. You are able to voice your thoughts and opinions and work together as a team to create the best solution. As a woman working for a woman-owned company, it is great to see the charity efforts and involvement in the community that ICONMA provides, both locally and nationally. ICONMA values good work ethic, morals, and integrity and it shows in the tenure that many of their employees have.

I have been employed by ICONMA for the past 6.5 years. ICONMA has continued to streamline over the years and has become a great employer to work for. They value their staffs opinion and continue to promote within by noticing those that put in hard work and effort. They provide hands on training, and are continuously mentoring the team.ICONMA has a strong Client base, with many Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 compnaies. The Sales/Account Management Team is compiled of tenured employees who have build strong relationships over the years. ICONMA is a woman owned company, and the CEO along with several other members of leadership offer an open door policy. They truly listen to their employees, and value the feedback provided. If you like to work hard, and push your limits, ICONMA is the place for you.

The company refused to follow the pay schedule requirements of the client. It took 5 paychecks to finally get my pay going correctly. They confused me with another employee and told me the client wanted to end the contract but when I got ready to leave the client had no idea what I was talking about. They use alot of remote workers which is a great idea but no one knows what the others are doing. Bad traits for a company if you want to be hired direct for the client.
