Overall Feedback:

One of the worst Insurance or so called HR companies I have ever encountered. IDILUSHR are misleading, deceptive, and intentionally mislead the IRS. They have different names to their corporation which makes them hard to file complaints against. I was a real estate agent with Compass and decided to leave that desaturate place and when I was originally told that once I left they would start the process to get my cobra. Idilus had more than enough notice to transfer my insurance over however I got nothing more than 3 different stories that said they do not provide cobra, that they are not affiliated with Compass and lastly somehow I was in violation of some unknown terms that they cannot produce my signature for. Not only do they lie about how they bill you in rears for insurance they freely just take out money from your bank account. Idilus went ahead without my permission and took a payment for October when they clearly knew I had already left Compass weeks ago. Therefore I did stop a payment for October since I left Compass in September there was no need that I would be billed for October since I should have been paying directly to Cobra not this company. Nonetheless, I have no cobra and truly This company is nothing more than a nightmare in a horror movie.
