This place has not changed in the last 25 years. From the security guard sitting in the corner. To their mediocre staff. They have fallen way behind in societies needs. Pretending that the small successes actually makes people's lives better. it just seems really sad that I feel like they could do so much more.what is holding them behind is a misunderstanding of the real world. How to apply new technologies to real applications. I want them to act like there is no tomorrow. I want them to be more technically advanced than I am. After all we do sign their paychecks. From what I understand we pay them very well. I just simply want the best. Anyways they should start preparing for the future. After all automation will overwhelm them with applicants.I am hoping they work really hard to prepare for this because a lot of workers will be displaced. PS they have never done nothing for me ever. I have always had to find my own work.for the most part they have their own perspective of what people's lives should be. It's very sad.
