I was there for a dot medical card and they knew I was hurt on job but I didn’t want any issues with my cdl license so they knew my health issues and wouldn’t give me a medical card. They did however TAKE my $115.00 DOLLARS up front instead of telling me they can’t issue me one but took the cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This isn’t how you conduct business this is how you scam and rip people off. They don’t deserve any stars. Place looks like a dump from the outside can’t even remodel the place.
