Feedback:
After dealing with them for a few years, I would not recommend them. They offered me a position with little pay, but because I needed a job very badly I accepted it. & I made the best of the position for 2 yrs. until the contract ended. They have yet to find me another position, even though I have more than 10 years of experience in my field... they haven’t even called to set up an interview with anyone. I’ve specifically contacted highly praised recruiters from the comments &/ or reviews, who couldn’t find me anything. Any other recruiter that I’ve spoken with there only calls to “create a profile” & ask general background questions to forward to someone else. I probably have anywhere from 5-6 “profiles”. The last straw leading up to this review is due to call I received for a position, after one of their recruiters “came across my resume”. After answering the preliminary questions for another “profile”, the IG recruiter told me the position was for the last company they sent me to, for the exact same position. So since they sent me there before, they can’t send me back again. So he’ll have to forward my “profile” to an acct. mgr. Huh?! So why did you call?? You didn’t see on my resume that you were my last employer?? Over time, IG has become irritating to communicate with & I haven’t & won’t suggest them.
