Extremely positive experience! I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and a polite, "Hello, how are you?". The instructions were clear, and I was giving the specimen within two minutes of walking in the door. The collections lady (wish I could remember her name!) was very friendly, and was clear in her directions as well. All in all, I was in and out within five minutes! I'd never had to take a drug test before, so having such a professional, friendly staff really made this a good experience. I would highly recommend this place!!
