0 stars This place is a joke!! I have been given the runaround since day one. After a family member recommended Integrated as a broker for our auto insurance as well as our boats and trailer. We were good for about a year When my daughter turned 16. I called to have her added to our policy I was given two separate quotes and then billed double the quoted amount for 2 months. When I called to figure out why my bill wasn’t what I was quoted nobody wanted speak to me I have made multiple phone calls and sent emails to both Melissa and Jeremy with no response. I then canceled my policy I couldn’t afford to pay double the amount of our entire policy for my 16-year-old driver with a good student discount.for the third month. I then got a bill for $200 because I canceled my policy early. In June I spoke to Heather and Kate in depth about the situation Heather then said she was sorry and would look into the situation and it had looked like someone might have made a mistake and that she would help help to resolve this issue and would call me back.iI had offered to pay my bill at that time but was told to hold off. Never heard Back from Heather. Today I received a notice that my account was sent to collections. I called Intergrated to talk to Heather and of course she is not available. I’m am not one who doesn’t pay my bills. some simple communication and an explanation as to why I needed to pay over $400 for my daughters insurance would’ve helped I am paying much less now so I happy we changed.
