DONT' GO HERE!! They say they close at 5 on their website but won't take anyone after 4:30. I left work early, the waiting room was empty and they wouldn't take me at 4:35.

They lost my test! Told my potential employer that it was never completed but the only thing that saved me is that I kept my Custody Control Form. I had a signature and tracking number for the lab. PROOF that I had done it and wasn't a flake or drug addict. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION!
