I came to this place because they offered a service I could not provide for myself.The pro- the young lady at the ftont desk, mr. Jackson were friendly. The con: 1 office reeked of arm pits and the owner is a jerk...they are expensive and make you pay for services other companies offer for free... Mr. Jackson made a very large "human" error causing my application for the "advance /loan" to not be included in the process! I was offered $25 for the mistake from the owner who could care less Vs. It being processed correctly and receiving upto $1000.00He justifies his tax preparers mistakes after a full day of brushing off his customer for 8 hours by comparing what he failed to do for me to his actions with other.customers. As if I am not an individual and did not matter. I requested my money back because I am paying for a service due to FALSE ADVERTISING. I seriously doubt they ever give any advancement it's just what's said to get you into the officeBE SMART! GO TO JACKSON HEWLETT THEY GIVE AN ADVANCE/ LOAN. OR H & R BLOCK THEY ALSO OFFER AN ADVANCE/LOANThese people put me in a financial bind for something that was their fault and refused to give me a full refund/ partial refund or any thing close to a realistic resolution. The owners are childish, rude and unprofessional. I am disgusted. This is a black owned buisness that I will never support again. Be careful who you trust with your taxes!Go elsewhere! You would be better with TURBO TAX!He informed me that he will respond to my negative review... and I want him to know my sister who is also my attorney is waiting for any slander or personal information to be released in his response.
