I just wrapped up my 6 week fitness challenge and the experience was definitely worth it! They threw down the challenge and I picked it up and ran with it. They make it very easy to follow the meal plan as well as the workouts and even have options if you have to travel, which was very helpful.What better review can I leave than to say I’ve invited 4 of of my friends to do another challenge with me starting in the new year? Two of them are already saying “let’s do it!” after seeing my results. Give it a try, stick with it, and watch your body transform in the mirror each week. VERY GRATIFYING!!!
