I am very excited that I decided to join the 6 week challenge, it has changed my life for the better. I can't believe that this is the last week of the challenge and I was able to do all that was required of me. Which goes to show anyone can do anything they put that minds into. Even though I have decided not to stay at the tribe for personal reasons, the coaches were all amazing! I cannot stress that enough. They were helpful, motivating and always had a smile on their faces. That was very refreshing to see coming into a gym. I am very emotional that this is going to be the last week as they have all become family. Another thing that I personally love is that the owner is God fearing and that is always a plus. I recommend this gym 100%! You will love it! #6weekITF
