My experience of Elliot started in 2012 which I hired him to assist me with my son's child support case. Right from our first conversation I could tell that Elliot was deeply understanding and took the time to really know me and my case well. He didn't cut corners. He was very fair in his pricing and represented me well in court. We successfully achieved what I had wanted to achieve for the first court case. Now I have hired him back 6 years later for the same case. Once again, Elliot delivers as he promised. He keeps is word and he doesn't nickel and dime you for every little thing. He even tires his best to help me avoid using too much of my retainer, which really matters to a single mom. I highly recommend working with him for any family law matter. He knows his stuff well and is very polished in his speaking and writing skills. I wouldn't use anyone other than Elliot for any family law matter I have.

I would recommend this attorney. After accepting my case and sending over all the documents, I didn't speak to him for about a month (this may be normal practice). However, we did touch base a few days before the mediation and he made himself available when needed. The only thing is the settlement check initial date changed to a later date. Considering this, a counter-argument by this Attorney would have been more satisfactory for me. With any lawyer, I recommend speaking up and being clear of exactly what it is you want instead of going along with. Thank you!
