Our option was a land line which was very bad. We needed something more reliable so we tried KC Coyote. Yes, on occasions we lose internet but the vast majority of time it is up and working very well. I am happy with my experience with KC Coyote. I think it would be nice if they had 24 hour service. It seems like problems with the internet occur on a weekend night when no one is present. We have used them for at least 3 years now and remain very pleased.This is a followup eight months after that post. The occasional problems with the internet have diminished. They came out and changed the dish to another tower and this helped. We had an issue with our routers after a lightning storm. They helped us diagnose the problem then fix it. This took them quite a while with no charge to me. Still loving the service.
