This place is a joke. We just moved onto a rural lot and asked around to our neighbors to decide on companies to look into and decided to give kc coyote a call. They put our first appointment off for two weeks which was just a discovery appointment to see if I could get service, not an install appointment. (My neighbor down the hill has the service and backs to a wooded area which I told them). Kc coyote didn't show up for the appointment and didn't call. I ended up having to call them to find out what was going on. I was told they could come out one week later due to scheduling. After arguing they agreed to come out the next day. When they showed up I was told they couldn't get on the roof because it was wet. (We have a ranch style home with a low pitch roof and there was condensation, not water on it) they said they'd come back later that day at a time I was unavailable. I called 2 hours after their supposed retry as no contact was initiated on their part only to be told service wasn't available. (Again, my neighbor down the hill from us, backing to a tree line, with no obvious visibility to a tower, has the service while we sit on a 3 acre lot with only three trees.) Needless to say I'm glad I had the bad experience with them prior to signing a service agreement. I can't imagine what kind of customer service they would have provided after they had me on a contract. Called Hughes net instead and got a next day install.
