Worked through ISS at Amazon for one month as seasonal employee. Amazon I liked, the work was easy and it was a fast paced place. What I didn't like was how much ISS lies and how shady they are. I was told I would be temp to permanent, until my first day on the job at Amazon when I found out it would only be a seasonal position. They held me accountable for 2 hours time off task (which is automatic termination) on a low volume work day. 25 minutes of this said 2 hours was right before I clocked out for the day, which was 20 min early due to going home on VTO. I was taken into ISS to give explanation of why my off task was so much. I gave my written explanation, they said someone from HR would call to speak to me in 48 hours. Instead what I received was a call from one of the ISS staff (English not first language) telling me my assignment has ended. No communication between ISS team and Amazon floor managers. DO NOT WORK FOR ISS.

The hiring service agency ISS is a total joke....the front desk receptionists speak Spanish with an English accent and are rude and unprofessional at best.....they treat people as if you're bothering them just asking them a question.....no smiles, no "Hello, welcome to ISS", no "May we help you sir/ma'am" unprofessional.....

I would leave 0 stars, not sure what happend but this place went down hill. The people working there are difficult morons. Can't get any worse then that and they need to be taught skills on how to deal with a customer.

Tykesha was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever met in any regard, let alone at a staffing agency. Must be closing down soon and having F troop running this place. Will not be going back again and would suggest you go anywhere but here.
