Took in the sliding glass portion of my 2 foot by 4 foot custom storm window glass. Paid $38. They replaced the glass and put it back in the frame for that price. Very reasonable price and great service.

I would not recommend J&J Screen Company to anyone. They are rude. Need to learn how to answer a phone and have customer service skills. Very unprofessional. Will tell you we will be out to your place. Never show up. Also will not give you a time they will be at your place. Also once you pay them and something is wrong with your screen you will get the run around. I wish I could give them a zero but can't here. Run from this company.

I am writing more than a year after J&J installed my screens. I felt the need to let others know that the service is excellent. A person came and talked with me, measured and then they go back and in a day or two, have a quote. It is not inexpensive, but not out of line either. It is, in my opinion, well worth every cent paid. I agreed and they got the job done. I highly recommend them. I would use them again and if anyone asks if I know of a good screening company, this is it.

Much rather work with this small business than any of the big name Window and Screen dealers. I've used them for my window and screen needs for over 5 years and I'm always pleased.

These guys helped me out so much when the screen lid of my snake cage ripped. I was having a semi-emergency because my snake kept escaping and when I called J&J about my problem they told me to come in to see if they could fix the lid. I did, and after looking over the screen they told me they could fix it in a few minutes! The wait was extremely short and the service was very friendly. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone needing screen repair service done.

I have used them twice and both times has been easy with a 3-4 day turn around for sealed glass. They do good work and the price seems fair.
