The receptionist was awful..always sounding completely lost and confused on two different phone calls. I understand we all have off days, but this was on separate occasions and just overall sounded like she did not belong working in that environment as everything was "uhmmmm" and just lost. Ultimately, taking my business else where. Reception is the face of the company, first impression, and often the most important. In this case it was, as I did not even wish to continue my needs with the company. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because I cannot review the actual services.
