I rarely leave reviews, but J&B Tech really rubbed me the wrong way. First off, the time and dollar amount estimates were way off. I could understand a nominal deviation, but they were both off by no small margin. The time estimate was 3-ish days and it wound up being over a month. The dollar estimate was roughly $100 off. Then to top it all off, when I finally got my laptop back it was missing screws out of the bottom. I called to express my concerns and was essentially told that nothing could be done. I will never be back and recommend anyone else do the same. The only reason that they're even getting one star is that I guess technically they did perform the actual repair that I came in for.
