Overall Feedback:

I had not heard from my tax person since my extension was submitted and I was in desperate need to file by deadline. Luckily, I messaged this firm and Frances came to my rescue!!!Frances was SWIFT, KIND , EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and EFFICIENT. Oh, HUGE SHOUT OUT to Alba!!!Without ever meeting me in person and as a new client I definitely felt like I received VIP treatment. I am so appreciative of the immediate assistance I received. And during a very busy( tax) time, that I am now a customer for LIFE.
