I worked for these guys for a few months, they placed me as a mechanic at Diamond Pet Food (google that company, good read). I was fired after a second absense in four months, DEW agreed with me that they shouldn't have fired me. I've met a couple people who've worked for Jerman, none of us have anything good to say about them.

Jerman Personnel has provided excellent customer service and turnaround time when needing candidates at our manufacturing facility. The candidates they have provided are high in quality and have strong work ethics. In a matter of a few weeks we converted 30% of their workforce. I definitely recommend this local family team to anyone that wants a strong collaborative partnership.

Waste of time.A good a example of a bad temp agency.You apply and give away your info for nothing.They promise you theyre gonna put you in a job and no matter how qualified you are ;its a matter of preferences.(who they want to help).
