Dont do your taxes here. My taxes were done by Rocio. I received letter from state and fedral taxes for an amendment and when I tried to speak her to see what I needed to do there we no response from her no response over phone or email. I got a response from someone else I ask to speak with manager or owner and they told me that they could give me his number but that i wouldnt get help from him because he was to busy. Ended up fixing everything on my own because they are not helpful. Received an appt with someone until I told I was filing a complaint with the IRS and it wasnt a helpful appointment.
