Zahid is very nice guy together with the other staff when I went there with my husband and baby. He is really professional and knows what he is doing. Very credible and friendly. I will definitely recommend JMU to my friends! Zahid is so thoughtful to give a small token for my baby and nice pens for me and hubby!

They keep up with current rules and regulations. They also advise us on what to do next year for a better rebate. Small and Personably, set an appointment and give them a try!

I've been going to JMU tax in Manassas, VA for about 5 years and my tax agent is Jessica Flores. I used to live closer to Manassas and it was an easier commute for me. Now I live almost an hour away, but it's worth the drive. All of the staff there are so friendly and professional. I was referred from a friend to file my taxes there and now I always recommend JMU to anyone looking for a great place to file taxes.

Worst place. Do not go there. Rude people. First day we made appt the guy got sick, they called and canceled the appt. That's fine. Second time we went there, receptionist was so rude. We went in the room and that man said 1 min and start working on his computer for almost 10 min. Then when we showed him our W-2 form without asking he start yelling ( you came here to get the tax refund but you didnt even paid enough tax.)I gave him the information, then he said please let me know if you want to do this or not do not waste my time. He quoted $200 for mom and dad. $175 for me and $100 for brother. Dude are u kidding. When i told him my brother is dependent and we file under parents he start yelling . He said please get out of here, and do not waste my time. That pakistani guy was sooo disrespectful. I am paying you for this please give me some respect.
