Overall Feedback:

I have several family members that work for Able at 3D Plastics. 6 as a matter of fact. They obviously dont want to say anything about the problems they have had....for whatever reason but it is a HOSTILE work environment. Every one of them has wanted to find new employment because of this. The 3rd shift is the worst, second a little better and the first is the best. These family members are male and female range from ages 18-42. Their education the same, high school dropouts to college educated with degrees. There has been a problem with an employee that has been saying at one time or another that each of my family members are racists. This is so stupid. What can be done about this? ......without losing your job? Because getting paid 7.25 an hour to be treated like you are an idiot and beneath someone or labeled a racist.... really isn't worth it!!!!!
