Where can I start jobsource is helpful when its in there Intres. I went to apply 3 weeks ago got interview by Bertha said she was going to call me when there was something which she did call me. I was not able to take the offer so she ended the conversation there. She didn’t notice butt she didn’t hung up the phone and was talking trash because I didn’t take the job. Very unprofessional. Said “ I don’t know why they come looking for jobs and then they don’t want it pinch mensa”. I called back asked to speak to her and all of a sudden she was in lunch. So I asked to speak to the manager and she’s never there when I need to talk to her to make a complain about this individual. I would go in person but I might go hamm if I see Bertha. This agency needs to be more professional and needs management to be available when someone need to talk to them specially with something like what I went through. There front desk employee is an A+ very helpful and also willing to help.
