Tyler R found me on LinkedIn. First I thought he is the same as the rest recruiters who contacted me through LinkedIn. But I was wrong. Jobspring is special. First Tyler, actually the whole team, met me in person. Go over my experiences, strength, my needs, my career goal in details. They really listened, since the companies they recommended later are all the companies I like - close to home, stable and well known. They have a good relationship with the hire managers. They understood what company needs. One position I like however I think I might not qualify based on the job description and hesitate to apply. Scott called the hire manager and ease my hesitation. After phone screen, on-site, I got the offer from that company. It is a super good offer. Without Scott, Tyler and Jobspring partners, I will definitely pass that company. Thank you Scott, Thank you Tyler and whole team.Besides they found me next new position in less than 3 weeks, they are so fun to work with. Every morning, everyone in the team updated me with the progress of each job application. Actually, I got response from 7 different companies in one week. After two weeks, 2 of them in on-site stage and 3 of them scheduled phone screen (cancelled after I accepted offer) and 2 failed phone screen. I definitely recommended Jobspring. 5 star service.
