Previous reviews of John simply stringing you along, saying that he is doing the work, and not following through are completely factual. Every response is "Very busy, will get to it tonight." Strung along for literally years. I was actually told by an IRS agent to find another accountant, as they looked through my history and found that he never filed my taxes for previous years when he said that he did. Supposedly pro guy, never produced results. Went to H&R Block, they completed my taxes in an hour. I'd advise others to do the same.EDIT:Regarding the "Response from owner" - I'm glad John has started to take customer service seriously. See the picture I added to witness how he used to respond to customer problems. Of course he quickly deleted the comment after I suppose deciding it wasn't the best PR move. I have called and emailed John many times to address this issue. He does not care.
