Overall Feedback:

There is so much turnover here and no one knows what they are doing regarding manufactured housing titles EXCEPT Amy and Nicole. We have gotten to the point that we need to call ahead to see if Nicole or Amy are there, and if not, we wait till another day. What’s worse is that the other people in there are so certain that they are right that they become rude. I work with a dealer of manufactured housing in the area so we have been doing business here for YEARS, doing the same 2-3 activities (transferring titles, getting notarized signatures, etc.), so we basically know what to expect at this point. That means nothing to the staff as they usually will just turn us away even when they are mistaken about what they can and cannot do. I have reached out to the company directly to inform them and they thanked me for the feedback, but nothing has been done. Current example: at the location now asking for them to notarize my signature on section D of a manufactured home title. They had to call the headquarters to ask if it is permissible to do and they said it isn’t because they aren’t handling the paperwork. They even claimed this is PennDOT’s rule, which is isn’t. Many experienced notaries do this, including the Pennsylvania Manufactured Housing Association, which works closely with Harrisburg to ensure everything is done properly. Yurconic either doesn’t know what it is doing or is lying about the policy in order to force the buyer to use their services to file the paperwork with the state. Either way, what a let down. Yurconic - get it together! Or at least have Nicole or Amy at this location!What’s sad is it is generally a fine place for tags and notary. It’s their inability to recruit, train and KEEP good, competent people so they can build up their experience.
