Overall Feedback:

This company came to fix some damage we had caused to some wiring. It was on veterans day. They invoiced 214/hr because it was a "holiday". Additionally their guy spent 1.5 hours attempting to locate their own control box, which they happily invoiced for. A company charging 214/hr should already know where the equipment is, and what it's connected to, and not have to spend 1.5 hours @ 214/hr locating it.
