From my experience, I would not recommend doing business with the firm. I spent an exorbitant amount of money for not the greatest service. In 2015, I spent over $2,500 on their services. I own a small business where I am the sole employee. My taxes are not that difficult. I found a new firm in 2016 that literally charged less than $1000 for the same services. My new accountant is also much easier to get a hold of, is more responsive, and is better at explaining things. In fact, when I needed another copy of a W2 from Johnson Giere for 2015, my old accountant literally told me he was too busy to produce it. Again, from my experience, I would not recommend this firm.
